Bobby Fernandes is one of Guyana’s most gifted photographers and writers. For this occasion he blended together his visions of Guyana’s interior and added to these his poetic voice.
It was a marvellous blend. Bobby is never pretentious, his work is always honest and his characteristic sense of humour coupled with his humanity made this presentation unique. The profoundly insightful photos and poems makes us see nature in a new and careful way and makes the beauty of our Guyana homeland / hinterland come home to us in a clear and present way.
