We were pleased to host an illustrated talk about Berbice Chairs, the first in a series of talks entitled Artefacts in which we take a closer look at the design and history of objects around us.
We looked at furniture that may have influenced the design of the Berbice Chair and its place in Guyanese literature and culture.
